Have you tried the baked oats recipes yet ✨

To make you need:
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
1 tablespoons cocoa powder (or 2 tablespoons if using cacao powder)
2/3 cup soy milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp moringa powder from @meraki_superfoods
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder from @meraki_superfoods
1/2 a small banana
1 tsp moringa powder
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1. Blitz oats in a blender to create oat flour
2. Then add the flaxseed meal, cocoa powder, soy milk, maple syrup, baking powder and moringa powder
3. Pour 1/2 the mixture into a ramekin
4. Then make the mint centre in another bowl by mashing the banana, and then stir in the protein powder, moringa powder and peppermint extract into the mashed banana
5. Then once combined, pour on top of oat mixture
6. Finally, add the remaining oat mixture
7. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
