- 5 bananas frozen
- 1 cup of cashew milk
- 4 passionfruit
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp @meraki_superfoods camu camu powder
- 1/2 cup vegan butter or oil (flavourless)
- Blitz up the frozen banana and cashew milk in a food processor until thick and smooth.
- Pour into a tin.
- In a bowl, make the cookie dough with the remaining ingredients (except for the passionfruit).
- Use a spoon and mix in the passionfruit and cookie dough.
- Take out of the freezer for about 10 minutes before you want to eat it.
