GINGER NUT PROTEIN BALLS

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 Tbsp ABC (or almond) butter
- 1/4 coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp @meraki_superfoods vanilla, coconut protein
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 1/2 tsp ginger powder

Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll into balls and freeze.
- Enjoy!
