1/2 cup Vanilla Bean Coconut Protein
1 1/4 Cup desiccated Coconut
1/4 Cup oatmeal Flour
1 cUP COCONUT milk
100g melted dark chocolate
1.Mix all together ( except Choc) , suggestion put less milk at first. The goal is to end up with a batter that you can form into bars with your hands.
2.Melt some choc & coconut oil.
3.Dunk the bars in the choc or you can pour over the bars.
4.Pop them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
