This is our go to pancake recipe. Packed full of #health and good times! Egg free, gluten free, 100% natural & Plant Based enjoy cooking up a storm
1 banana mashed
1/4 cup grapseed oil
3/4 cup soy milk
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 cup SR flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp @meraki_superfoods vanilla protein
1/4 tsp @meraki_superfoods moringa powder
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Cook in fry pan - you know the drill!
