NO-BAKE PROTEIN ENERGY BALLS ✨

This recipe is super easy & SO delicious (and healthy ofc)🌱


Ingredients

1 cup oats
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp @meraki_superfoods chocolate protein powder
3 dates ( you can use maple syrup instead )
few tbsp non-dairy milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp dark chocolate ( crushed )

Method

Cut the dates into small pieces.
Place all the ingredients (except the milk) in a large bowl and stir to combine.

It’s gonna be a bit dry so add a few tbsp of non-dairy milk. ( I used almond milk ) but I can imagine, it would be great with coconut milk as well 😍🤤

    Once combined, let it rest for 10 minutes.
