Overnight Chocolate Quinoa Porridge
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup plant milk of choice
1 serve @meraki_superfoods chocolate protein
Toppings: strawberries, figs, toasted coconut, coconut sugar
Combine the milk & protein a bowl. In a separate bowl, add the quinoa. Pour the chocolate milk mixture over the quinoa until the quinoa is lightly covered. Store in the fridge overnight. Add toppings as listed above or whatever toppings you desire.
