This is definitely a recipe you need to save. The perfect way to up your vegetable game every day. PLUS it’s gluten free!
Ingredients:
400g cooked chickpeas
200g roasted pumpkin
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 Tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp ginger ground
2 tsp cinnamon ground
1 tsp nutmeg ground
1 tsp camu camu powder @meraki_superfoods
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup tapioca starch
1 block @lindt_australia dark chocolate
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a food processor blitz all of the ingredients expect for the chocolate.
- Stir in the chocolate.
- Pour into a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 40 minutes, leave to cool and refrigerate.
- Enjoy!
