Ingredients: ⁣⁠
400g cooked chickpeas⁣⁠
200g roasted pumpkin ⁣⁠
1/4 cup brown sugar ⁣⁠
1/4 cup maple syrup⁣⁠
3 Tbsp almond butter⁣⁠
1/2 tsp ginger ground⁣⁠
2 tsp cinnamon ground⁣⁠
1 tsp nutmeg ground⁣⁠
1 tsp camu camu powder @meraki_superfoods⁣⁠
1/2 tsp baking powder⁣⁠
1/4 tsp baking soda ⁣⁠
3/4 cup tapioca starch ⁣⁠
1 block @lindt_australia dark chocolate ⁣⁠

Method:⁣⁠
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. ⁣⁣⁣⁠
- In a food processor blitz all of the ingredients expect for the chocolate. ⁣⁣⁣⁠
- Stir in the chocolate. ⁣⁣⁣⁠
- Pour into a lined baking tray. ⁣⁣⁣⁠
- Bake for 40 minutes, leave to cool and refrigerate. ⁣⁣⁣⁠
- Enjoy!⁣⁠
