These are definitely not picture perfect but that’s ok 👌 as long as they taste good and packed with goodness like these bad boys that = Perfect in our eyes 🤩

Recipe
200g all purpose flour (GF is ok)
1+1⁄2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
pinch of sea salt
360 ml plant based milk of choice (we used oat)
1+1⁄2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp vanilla bean coconut protein powder 🥥
Blue Spirulina Powder
Pink Pitaya Powder
Hibiscus Powder
Moringa Powder
Strawberries & cream powder
Beetroot Powder

How To MaKe:
🧑‍🍳Mix together milk and vinegar. Set aside for 5 minutes.
🧑‍🍳Mix flour, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl. Pour in the milk vinegar mixture and mix to combine. Next, add in sweetener and vanilla powder and mix.
👩‍🍳Divide batter between 6 small bowls. Add each the below to the bowls
💚For the first layer: add 1bsp Moringa
💙For the dark blue layer: add 1/3 tsp Blue spirulina Powder to the batter and mix.
💓For the pink layer: add 1 🍓 powder
💙Baby blue layer add 1/4 tsp Blue Spirulina Powder
💜purple layer add 1⁄2 tsp Hibiscus Powder
❤️red layer add 1 Tsp beet powder to the batter and mix.

Get cooking 🧑‍🍳🌈
Cook your pancakes in a non stick pan for about 1 minute per side. It’s super important to keep the heat on low as some of superfoods are sensitive to heat and the color could fade away.
