-1/2 Cup Oat Flour
-1/4 Cup coconut Sugar
-1/4 Cup Cocao
-1/4 Cup coconut Oil
- Coconut fat from on cab of coconut milk ( Place the can in the fridge and the fat will seperate from the water)
-4 Tbsp of Strawberries & Cream Protein
In a bowl mix in the base ingredients
-Evenly distribute and press into muffin cups
-Pour on the base and refrigerate until set
