These pancakes have over 30% of the recommended daily iron intake for a women and over 50% for a man how cool is that?
They may not look green, truth is they are packed with moringa an amazing leafy green...
1 Ripe Banana
2 Tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
1 1/2 Cups oat milk
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 Cups whole meal flour
1/3 Cup of Moringa Chocolate Protein
-In a mixing bowl mash the bananas with peanut butter together
-Add milk and mix until well combined (With No Lumps)
-Let the batter sit for 5 Minutes
-Drop about 2 Tbsp of batter into the sauce pan over heat
-When bubbles pop, Flip the pancake over
-Cook for a few minutes on the other side
-Repeat with the remaining Batter
- Add your favourite topping
