Struggle with Iron?

These pancakes have over 30% of the recommended daily iron intake for a women and over 50% for a man how cool is that?

They may not look green, truth is they are packed with moringa an amazing leafy green...

Recipe โ 

Ingredients:โ 

1 Ripe Bananaโ 

2 Tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter โ 

1 1/2 Cups oat milkโ 

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda โ 

1 1/2 Cups whole meal flour โ 

1/3 Cup of Moringa Chocolate Protein โ 

โ 

How? โ 

-In a mixing bowl mash the bananas with peanut butter together โ 

-Add milk and mix until well combined (With No Lumps)โ 

-Let the batter sit for 5 Minutes โ 

-Drop about 2 Tbsp of batter into the sauce pan over heat โ 

-When bubbles pop, Flip the pancake over โ 

-Cook for a few minutes on the other sideโ 

-Repeat with the remaining Batter โ 

- Add your favourite topping โ
