Recipe
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup of almond
- 1 Cup cashews
- 1 Cup Coconut (Shredded)
- 1 Tsp Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Moringa Protein Powder
Caramel
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
Choc
-Vegan Dark Choc
-1 Tbsp coconut oil
How?
-Blend all the crust together in a blender @vitamix_aunz until like crumble texture (If mixture is sticking add dash of water - we did)
- Pour into a large lined tin and press down, so its compacted. Place in freezer until set
- In pan a heat up caramel sauce and pour over crust - Put in freezer again
- Once set chop to desired size
- Heat up choc and oil - Gently have a little patience
- Coat the bars in chocolate and place back in freezer till set
