Whos in? ⁠

In a blender combine the following together: ⁠
1 Cup of Rolled Oats ⁠
1 Cup of Cashews ⁠
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter ⁠
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup ⁠
2 Medjool Dates, soaked in boiling water for 10 min ⁠
1 Tbsp melted Coconut Oil ⁠
1 A Sprinkle of Cinnamon ⁠

Once belended, press into a silicon moulds ( Or baking tray to make a slice) ⁠

Clean your blender and then make the mousse layer by blending the following together: ⁠

TOP ⁠
80g Vegan Cream Cheese ⁠
150g Silken Tofu ⁠
1/2 Cup Vanilla Bean & Coconut Protein Powder (Link in Bio)⁠
1/2 Cup smooth salted peanut Butter ⁠
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract⁠
1/8 tsp Salt ⁠
1 Tsp melted Coconut Oil ⁠

Once blended, spread over base. ⁠

Freeze overnight or for 3 hours. Store in fridge . ⁠

Serves 8 ⁠
