Whos in?
In a blender combine the following together:
1 Cup of Rolled Oats
1 Cup of Cashews
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
2 Medjool Dates, soaked in boiling water for 10 min
1 Tbsp melted Coconut Oil
1 A Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Once belended, press into a silicon moulds ( Or baking tray to make a slice)
Clean your blender and then make the mousse layer by blending the following together:

80g Vegan Cream Cheese
150g Silken Tofu
1/2 Cup Vanilla Bean & Coconut Protein Powder (Link in Bio)
1/2 Cup smooth salted peanut Butter
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp Salt
1 Tsp melted Coconut Oil
Once blended, spread over base.
Freeze overnight or for 3 hours. Store in fridge .
Serves 8
